Free practice for practical spreadsheet work

FreeJobTools is a free learning project operated by Worldwide Allies in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is built for adults who want to learn spreadsheet skills for everyday office tasks, starting from the very first click. You can use the trainer without an account or payment.

How we teach

Each interactive lesson has a guided example and a separate “your turn” round. The guide tells you which cell to select and explains the formula or tool. Then the trainer gives you new data so you can try the same skill yourself. The independent round includes an optional reminder because the goal is to learn the task, not to guess a formula.

The lessons cover totals, averages, text cleanup, customer names, invoices, tax, order statuses, lookups, sorting, and summaries. The free written guides add explanations you can read before or after practice. We revise instructions when learners find a step confusing.

Your work and progress

The practice spreadsheet runs in your browser. Your points and lesson progress are saved on your own device using browser storage; they do not sync to another device. The site has no student accounts. For details about advertising technology and local storage, read our privacy policy.
